Natalie Lue in her studio

Hello, I’m Natalie Lue

I’m an author, writer, podcaster and artist helping people eliminate emotional baggage from their lives to create better relationships, self-esteem and work.

The Joy of Saying No (Harper Collins Focus/Harper Horizon) is the culmination of my seventeen-year journey as a recovering people pleaser.

Pre learning to say no, I had little clue about boundaries, accepted crumbs in unfulfilling relationships, exhausted myself trying to be perfect at work, and felt helpless in the face of family drama. Time and again, I’ve found that saying no and figuring out what I need to say no to paves the way to something so much better.

My previous books include Mr Unavailable and the Fallback Girl and Love, Care, Trust and Respect. I also host The Baggage Reclaim Sessions podcast which has over 3 million downloads and blog regularly over at Baggage Reclaim.

You can find me on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
